Mr. Anthony W. Boor, also known as Tony, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Blackbaud Inc. since November 14, 2011 and serves as its Executive Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Boor is responsible for Blackbaud's financial reporting and controls, internal information technology needs and strategies, legal and administrative services. In addition, he has overall responsibility for Blackbaud's financial planning and analysis as well as developing long-term strategies to support its growth plans. He served as Senior Vice President at Blackbaud Inc. since November 14, 2011. He served as an Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Blackbaud Inc. since August 31, 2013. and serves as its Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration. Mr. Boor has more than 18 years of executive leadership experience. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Mr. Boor spent 13 years with Brightpoint, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Brightpoint Inc. from October 2005 to May 2011 and as its Interim President of Europe Middle East and Africa since June 2009, where he helped lead the acquisition and integration of its largest global competitor -- doubling its size and expanding the global operational footprint by 10 countries. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Brightpoint Inc. since June 3, 2005 until October 2005. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Brightpoint Americas of Brightpoint Inc. since July 2001. Mr. Boor served at Brightpoint North America L.P. since August 1998 as the Director of Operations Finance and also served as its Vice President and Controller since July 1999. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with public accounting firms, including Ernst & Young and KPMG LLP. Mr. Boor served in various financial positions with Macmillan Publishing, Day Dream, Inc., Ernst and Young, LLP, New Mexico State Fairgrounds, The Downs at Albuquerque, KPMG, LLP and Ernst & Whinney. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer of Expo New Mexico, Controller of Day Dream Publishing and Director of Business Management at MacMillan Computer Publishing. Mr. Boor is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. in Accounting from New Mexico State University.
