They are really really great
Agile and forward thinking. 100% remote was a strong strategic choice
There is so much transparency here compared to companies I've worked for in the past. I get the sense that leadership really cares about people.
Very good communication to the masses
Leadership team is very approachable and puts customers first.
Empowering personnel to grow. Challenging those in current leadership to be more than mediocre KPI managers. Actually facilitate an environment that marginalized identifying people feel psychologically safe and not just one where minorities are forced to present a certain way to be valued.
Just be real and tell the truth. Ask for feedback and listen. Don't make centralized decisions for all verticals.
Honestly, I cannot think of anything because nothing will change.
Making customers happy will lead to them staying, buying more, and referring others. Raising rates and fees increases revenue but doesn’t actually help customer
Listening and following through. Holding folks in the Engineering dept more accountable for missed

It is all really great
15% bonus in 1 year stock + RSUs
We can make money by providing employee leads to sales and that can be good.
Competitive pay even the company is HQ'd in the southeast. The company uses a national salary benchmark.
Great compensation compared to the market & location.
Random and frequent territory re-assignments don't seem the best strategy for long term success.
Pay scales are a secret, and they’re apparently such a secret that everyone knows women and nonwhite men are paid less but no one can prove i
Blackbaud leadership understands that they can pay less than other tech companies because they are in Charleston, where jobs are harder to come by. They also hire multiple entry level sales people, knowing that the majority will not make it.
Review from Sales Dept
They are based in Charleston SC and I feel like the company pays everyone based off this. Most tech companies provide higher base and commissions

Micromanagement and layoffs are frequent
My team is great and skilled
We stay engaged even though we're remote. We have fun but also work hard.
Down to earth collaborative group
Great team environment with a mix of work and fun. Employees are super engaged and committed to getting involved/giving back.
Line staff are awesome and committed
don't say 'this is not my responsibility'
More enthusiasm and more passion
Broader skills experience and knowledge

Social impact aspect of our work
Flexible, if I need to balance taking care of sick kid, I can. There are options to take meetings on the road without judgement. People get that we are much better multi-taskers as a society
Our client facing promoted brand and image is wonderful.
Employees work together to make the world better.
The autonomy is great and the remote work is also nice.
CEO and CMO would be good
More people willing to work hard
Stop creating processes that cause internal conflict
Review from Sales Dept
It is 2020 and this company discourages working remotely.
Focus on delivering a better product and actually be able to deliver services on time. Also, Blackbaud is rapidly losing people because they underpay or assign quotas that are not attainable.
Review from Sales Dept
Interview process was relaxed, and we were not asked for any additional tests etv
I had an abbreviated process because they needed an immediate hire. But typically it is a 3-4 month process with multiple rounds.
It was 5 years ago
I got to meet with various people in different departments and had a chance to ask them questions just as often as they were asking me questions.
Meeting with numerous leaders and getting a sense of the culture.
More coordinated meetings in one day rather than five weekS
My team structure allows for autonomy in my work, and I have great team to work with
Working with my clients and being with them as they grow and change.
Seeing how our customers use our products.
The autonomy and remote work
Feel like I'm making a difference for our customers and their important causes.
product quality. All products but LO first.
Not really sure but managers need to help
Supervisors avoid fixing problems. Employees often are not held accountable. Incompetent employees continue to receive key assignments. No measurement of outcomes.
Fix services and support. Move Raiser's Edge to the cloud completely, focus on actual integration with your own products and value your employees more.
