Flexible, if I need to balance taking care of sick kid, I can. There are options to take meetings on the road without judgement. People get that we are much better multi-taskers as a society

It is 2020 and this company discourages working remotely.

Focus on delivering a better product and actually be able to deliver services on time. Also, Blackbaud is rapidly losing people because they underpay or assign quotas that are not attainable.
