The leadership team here at Blend, empowers you to grow with challenges as opportunities and explore the depth in terms of quality and improvements.
They are human and approachable! I feel comfortable going up and talking to every member of the leadership team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is the best part
The salary seems really fair, and benefits are completely covered.
Salary is solid. Equity will hopefully increase as my value to the business is made more clear

I know what other companies are offering and I am paid less at my current company.

A 401k match would enable employees to plan for their futures. A better health plan would also be nice.
I'm doing a completely different job than what I was hired for and paid at. Comp should increase w/ contributions.
More transparency in the process. Also, a process would be helpful, as the lack of rules in this topic can be harmful for the office dynamics.
Compensation on certain teams seem to be under market and performance raises have not occurred despite claims it's in process for months.

Everyone assumes best intent and I really enjoy my coworker's company! We laugh a lot.

I love that the majority of the office steps away from work and eats lunch together.

We are laid-back, but hardworking. Teams and people motivate each other to do great work. People are generally very excited about all the work we're doing at Blend.
