Blend shows you the love once you've put in the hours and prove your worth. I very much enjoy the challenge every day and the challenges ahead, we're in startup mode still. We don't have a very flexible work/life balance bc of that and it's easy to get consumed by your work.

It gets reviewed 4 times a year and they're constantly looking at the market value and how Blend stacks up.

I like their level of engagement and commitment to their work. People are passionate about what they're working on and firmly believe in making Blend profitable
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the most part, they're transparent and share details that are even in their infancy. I like that they're growing as leaders and making quicker and better decisions for the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how our company moves quickly and most people are able to keep up. I like that most everyone enjoys finding good people to work with and including others to get things done, it's a very collaborative environment. There are a lot of engaging, interesting and productive conversations going on.
