The people around me. We do an excellent job at hiring really positive, smart, and hard-working people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have an excellent balance of industry experience (Tim Mayopoulos, for example, is the ex-CEO of Fannie Mae) and vision/business sense.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do an excellent job of growing more junior people -- we consistently provide people with challenges that are outside of their comfort zone, but support them and ensure they are always growing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a sense of camaraderie and mutual respect -- everyone has their own opinions and thoughts that they're invested in, but people do a great job of operating under the companies "be confident but humble" value.
