Kind of tangential... But the best part is the team who guides us through how to best utilize the benefits we're offered.

Transparency. I've never felt uniformed. I've always known where the company stands, and I've always understood, to the best of my abilities, the impact of its ambitions on the work in front of me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At a company moving this fast, there would seem to be a chance for some to get left behind. That doesn't feel like it happens here. When others feel as if it happens, it also feels as if it's addressed immediately.
