Bloomberg Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

One of the few places to pay journalists an annual bonus

Review from Communications Dept

No premiums for healthcare benefits.

Salary is good and abive average

Very Unique - Leader in the Large Corporates

Maternity pay is 6 months

Pay is great, benefits are great for the market

It has quite a lot and unlimited sick days

Health, food, vibes, food, vibes

Everything. From Bonus to a family care platform!

great health care and retirement

Medical insurance, paid time off and bonus

Amazing (and free) healthcare, exceptional company match on retirement savings program, complimentary Ubers/car service for those who work overnights/late hours, free lunches and snacks, free access to various city venues (museums, zoos, etc.) and in house doctors office.

Review from Communications Dept

Great pay, robust benefits and negotiation opportunities.

401k and health insurance are great

i'm paid well at my level. there are not stock/equity options here. i can make bonuses at this level, which are good, too. It's very good, for where I am now.

Review from Sales Dept

The health benefits for me and my family

Health insurnace, retirement plans, buffet lunch and breakfast, travel around the world

Amazing benefits, great pay for great hours

medical insurance covers 100%, no deductibles

Good base salary but poor bonus

Review from Communications Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

shifted to a supervisor who's nice and supportive but nowhere near as competent as the last one and can't seem to be able to do much in terms of lobbying with top management for more resources (the previous one could)

better to come in with experience. growing internally will yield lower than market salary.

Merit based comp increase would be nice

Give me equity. How can you be one of the largest private companies in the world and not give equity to the people who make you successful? It's like you are stealing from us.

For living in NYC, the salary is just not enough

More flexibility and less big brother

Not sure. People with same YOE get more joining us from outside

Review from Engineering Dept

i feel like me efforts and contributions are not recognised

I would feel better if I was paid ten times more than the 3 dollars a hour I get now. I would also recommend reducing the spanking within the company.

Review from Sales Dept

should do better on bonus.
