There were lots of learning curves opening my facility. Management was helpful to they extent they could be, but the overall feeling was that I knew as much as they did on how to proceed with problem solving. The level of expertise and knowledge of the product ant process did not grow up the chain

Being around my coworkers and creating an incredibly tasty product.

Very open and communicative company. Friendly staff in all sectors

My team is very friendly, easy to be around and open to changes.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Simplify the number of hoops candidates need to jump though. send quality candidates directly to hiring managers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager has directly told me that he wouldn't be able to rehire someone with my skill set at my current rate of compensation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay more attention to wages of entry level positions. Management is somewhat fairly compensated, but baristas, culinary and production workers cannot earn a living on the wages provided.
