As a demo person I am paid more than the minimum wage for my state, and the at is rare.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The two times my regional team has met was very productive and my team mates, in the stores, are VERY enthusiastic and creative. They inspire me to be the best I can be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a demo person I do not work directly with anyone other than my own manager. But, from what I have seen the concept of the corporate team is GREAT. The technical support to the regions is not very well executed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I LOVE the PetSmart I am assigned to. And my regional manager is AWESOME! He is always sending out great training tips, contest and he really does care about each of his team members. He makes this job a good fit for me. Also, it makes me proud to represent a product that I believe in and use.
