Florida Blue is a good company. I personally don't agree with some of their procedures and things but the people I've had the opportunity of working with have made it a more pleasant experience.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that we should be paid more as seasonal employees. I understand decreased pay while on leave but we should receive full pay while we're actually working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do little things every once in awhile to help keep people happy in the workplace such as the coffee cart they bring around every few weeks with beverages and snacks for everyone.
