Our leadership team has done a phenomenal job in setting new mission and vision in the face of great change and uncertainty in the health insurance industry.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire competant people who really care about the well being of others. Be aware of all of their employees do not let those who do the least work get off the hook. They need to be held acxountable for their lack of input, participation, and assistance. It is not right to have others do all the work
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You are paid substantially for the work completed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should be competitive.. Also if the employee is not only holding up to the job responsibility but doing stuff outside of her scope they should be highly compensated. In order for them to continue to doing beyond her scope they should get a higher raise
I believe that we should be paid more as seasonal employees. I understand decreased pay while on leave but we should receive full pay while we're actually working.
What are some of the best things about your team?
teamwork at high level, coworkers very helpful

Our team communicates openly, honestly, and respectfully.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I work remotely so we barely interact
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to work from home
lot of opportunities for promotion or job shadowing
They do little things every once in awhile to help keep people happy in the workplace such as the coffee cart they bring around every few weeks with beverages and snacks for everyone.
It is a challenging time for our industry. Folks here are committed to the success of our mission "Helping people and community achieve better health."

My manager and some of my coworkers
Being able to respectfully challenge the status quo.

Management is horrible. The manager need to either be replaced or trained again
