What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the most part they are honest andopen about providing information to their employees
They do not macro-manage me. They give me an assignment and let me work on it at my own pace.
Management is fair and recognizes hard work when given.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Simply getting paid for doing mindless tasks.
The amoutn of annual leave time you are able to accrue
I receive PTO hours every month.
The additional LTD and STD are great
Nothing! The insurance is extremely high in cost, doesn't cover much of the actual cost of medical care, it denys almost everything that my phycians request the first time and I ALWAYS to appeal it, the deductible is outrageous AS WELL AS THE OUT OF POCKET (7000.00)!!

Everyone has different talents and everyone give each other encouragement.
I work from home, so I don't have much interaction with my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people generally care about each other
Everyone comes in with a positive attitude and are generally happy.
I work from home, that's the only good thing about my job!

I had a chance to be creative during the second interview.

Being challenged and allowed to learn new things
