I need to be paid more. They basically pay nothing.
The management team in my department (directors included) has me doing someone else's job. The job is at a higher pay rate. Blue Cross owes me thousands of dollars in back pay.
Fair and equitable pay with like-positions across the company.
Alot of them need to work on literacy. Some people don't believe in plural or past tense. I honestly can't believe they hit "send" on 98 percent of emails and IM's.

I don't interact with them at all. I question literacy. I can't deal with that. I often wonder why they hit "send" after typing. They don't know better. If what you're typing is actually going to come out of your mouth, there is absolutely no way I'd have a conversation with you.
Management needs to be educated and skilled at what they are hired for.
Leaders need to get back in touch with the front lines
Bring the right stakeholders to the interview and be transparent about the company culture
Give timely and specific feedback, especially with internal applicants.
Hire qualified individuals. Stop giving out jobs.

Let the trainers do the training. Stop asking associates to do it. It took an entire year to figure out this person taught the wrong thing. Assiociates were actually processing that way. This person was focused on being as mean as possible when processing. They showed us the wrong way!!
Management is going wrong. I've had more supervisors than co-workers. Stop having associates with no training background, train other associates. Trainers get paid more than them. They should be able to handle it.
