It's a bird course. All you have to do is show upto get paid. Not too much education in the company. You don't need to be educated. Yoy'll make more money if you're related to or sleeping with someone. Its a huge joke.

Horrible. Managers and suoervisors are 300 percent useless. They know nothing about the job. It's embarrassing. It's all family so no one really cares. Jobs are literally given to famiky members. They're approached for positions no one needs to apply. Everyone else has to apply.

I work in the claims department and it's bad. There is no structure whatsoever. Supervisors are useless. They serve no purpose. The managers are hand picked and placed. If you're white you don't have apply for a new position, it's given to you.

Let the trainers do the training. Stop asking associates to do it. It took an entire year to figure out this person taught the wrong thing. Assiociates were actually processing that way. This person was focused on being as mean as possible when processing. They showed us the wrong way!!
Management is going wrong. I've had more supervisors than co-workers. Stop having associates with no training background, train other associates. Trainers get paid more than them. They should be able to handle it.
