What do you like best about the leadership team?
They saving a comapny that was in turmoil before they showed up.
Sara Iselin is amazing. Personally, I like everything about her. I love the way she is restructuring the company. It's headed in the right direction. I have bo doubt that she'll get the company back on track.

Affordable healthcare and great back up child care
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nothing. I don't think they'rw bright at all. Some of them don't believe in plural or past tense. This is in written correspondence. I actually feel for some of them. That's illiteracy. I don't converse with them at all. Some of them actally train people.

The company actually does care about members, we just need to see that same concern reflected for employees.

Group interview process was different but made you feel more at ease see other people nervous too
