Michele Mercer, RN, MSHSA joined Blue Health Intelligence® (BHI®) to lead the company's analytic consulting, data science, and methodology efforts. As part of the BHI leadership team, she offers an experienced clinical executive’s perspective.
Prior to joining BHI in June of 2019, Mercer demonstrated professional success working in the hospital and healthcare industry. She has strong program and project management professional skills in disease management, Medicaid, U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) strategies, and healthcare information technology.
Mercer has a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from D’Youville University, a BSN in Nursing from the University at Buffalo, and an AAS in Nursing from Erie Community College.
