There seems to be good teams generally
The bhi board hired a new CEO about a year and a half ago and since then the company has gone down hill. No sales, losing money, over spending and bad company culture. The entire team has almost 100% turned over since the hiring of the new CEO with nothing to show it.
This company is really a bunch of pals and zero direction. Support the actual workers and not continue to hire friends with little to no experience in executive roles
Good leadership, strong emphasis on development, good benefits
Reasonable questions, transparent process. Overall fairly simple.
