The bhi board hired a new CEO about a year and a half ago and since then the company has gone down hill. No sales, losing money, over spending and bad company culture. The entire team has almost 100% turned over since the hiring of the new CEO with nothing to show it.

They are driven to do a great job and are trustworthy.

The CEO must go and most of the senior management that the CEO brought in.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating people with respect. I’ve seen them throw good people aside especially those that were hired prior to the current CEO. The culture is toxic and needs to change. However, I believe the only way to do so is to get rid of the person who created the bad culture, the CE
