What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Their leadership team rely on a small pool of favorite employees to gather opinions regarding other employees. They have forced out multiple people without cause and if they try to stay, they make it very difficult for those persons to do so without feeling wildly left out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They refuse to admit that less than $.50 a year in a raise is not a fair cost of living increase.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are consistently meetings about how to cut down on unneeded meetings. This has been the culture for many years, and hasn't changed with the new leadership.
