Compensation and reward go towards senior level executives and they overlook their middle folks who execute and drive efficient measures.

They are supportive and dependable
Colleagues are excellent. Hard working for the most part. Surrounded by peers who care and leaders who pretend they’re too busy to develop or engage with their subordinate
