Yes. The compensation wasn’t great. Employees were fun. Horrible work hour

HR needs to return my calls. I need my 2020 w2 immediately now. I want it emailed by tomorrow.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication lines need improvement and to let go of staff just to hire a new staff is not good business
