Degrading. They hire people from outside the company who come in and have idea how to do there job correctly and end up pushing there mistakes on to employees below them basically push the blame onto others which can completely ruin a top performing store.

Hire from within have every manager start off as a sales rep and work there way up so they understand the process you can't have leaders who can't sell or don't even know the pitch.
