Flexible if I'm working onsite with client. I had an established relationship already and schedule is between me and the client. If you're on the bench, you're required to be on-site at BluePrint, whether you're paid or not.

the IT team who assisted with our accounts and hardware were very responsive. Very high turnover in this area.

Encourage staff or rather a rule staff must be in-office and discourage remote work. different if you have a space with your client. For those of us who are senior and have home offices with multiple screens and technology at our disposal, long roundtrip commutes to sit in a bullpen with distractions galore and minimal if any interaction with office staff is insulting and a waste of time.
