What does the leadership team need to get better at?In regards to the claims team in Jacksonville, Florida, there needs to be a re-vamping of management training. Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Every other company pays more (10k annually) than BoatUS. It doesn't make sense. And the benefits are lousy.
