realistic goals, realistic raises, communication is poor

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if i actually got paid for the hours i work
higher pay, pay increases to match inflation
They are slow to promote within the company even after years at the same level and giving extra responsibilities such as a direct report or multiple direct reports.
What are some of the best things about your team?
good group of people, hard workers despite us all feeling underpaid
