What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and Friday forums twice a month
Transparant, authentic leaders who communicate frequently about strategy/where company is headed; long tenure of team.
Effective, engaged, humble.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be accountable for objectives and participation in development of business goals
strategy. the company has not been profitable and the stock is in the tank. lower than it went public in 2011!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very comprehensive comp package with fair pay, equity at every level of organization, and tons of perks.
Boingo stock value is going up!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every employer out there is willing to pay more.
They ignore individual contributors and make decisions in without input from line employees
the health care plan is awful
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working, dedicated, diligent and a great team attitude
Collaboration with cross functional groups but undermined by execs
Incredibly talented team of professionals who are among the very best at what they do.

Team collaboration and process oriented
Fun, inclusive culture, great office environment.
The work is meaningful and rewarding, and my colleagues are good at what they do & care their own & the company's reputation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
get rid of the phony HR department.

clean house and the science of hiring is a joke

I love working to solve big challenges/projects.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership needs to be more consumer centric
Remove the executive team that has not experience in the business
stop with all the playful stuff and let's get a strategy that grows the company and make it profitable.
