What do you like best about the leadership team?
I watch our leadership push every day to help all of the parties involved in the Bolster process (architect, contractor, homeowner, vendors etc) understand one another in ways the traditional model does not. There is also a genuine effort to treat all labor as an asset rather than a liability.
They're good people who understand work/life balance
High integrity leadership with vast industry expertise. Very big vision but down to earth, results-oriented. Always taking the time to help and educate others.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The opportunity to increase options in line with company performance
Competitive salary and good stock option grants, vacation policy is very much "as needed"
