- What did you like most about the interview process?The question s they asked in regards to my long term plans working in the company
- What do you like best about the leadership team?I watch our leadership push every day to help all of the parties involved in the Bolster process (architect, contractor, homeowner, vendors etc) understand one another in ways the traditional model does not. There is also a genuine effort to treat all labor as an asset rather than a liability.
- What makes you most happy at work?Talented people who are sincere about helping other's grow and achieve their potential.
