How flexible is your work schedule at Bonaventure Senior Living?
Work schedules tend to be pretty set as the Residents come to rely and depend on you. Everyone earns sick and vacation time that can be used when they need time off.
What's the work from home policy like at Bonaventure Senior Living?
It is usually a case by case basis, however we want our Staff that work at the Home Office to work from the Home Office. All staff that work within a community, work in the community.
