What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have had a few excellent leaders, but they never stay long because they are overworked and don't feel supported by home office.
They are honest, they treat me like an individual and not a statistic, and they show every day that they care about the Seniors that we service.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not had a performance review in almost three years or a raise in almost three years, although the cost of living has gone up considerably in this city.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard, they are passionate and dedicated to their craft, we all have the same goal in mind which is to service our residents
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually communicate and log properly
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of my coworkers actually care about the residents and treat them with respect
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less drama and properly communicate on charts and take incidents seriously
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple. But, it didnt need to get rushed from them being desperate for employees.
