Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They pay on time every two weeks
They really seem to value our input on decisions that affect the level of difficulty required to preform work duties.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Micromanagement, divide and conquer, hire more pencil pushers and not management and above. Staying with and not leaving or taking vacations while your lowers are closing the books.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Weely pay wss suffient pay
The benefits package is more than comparable with surrounding companies and in most cases the wages are considerably higher.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You see good well knowledged people stuck in lower positions, while they keep bringing in friends or "high credentials folks" that knows nothing. Also allowing contractors to be in remote management postions for years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We meet just to check off a box. Waste of time and disrupts deep work.
The team will try to do the best that they can no matter what. They have a can do attitude, and will try to make the best with what they have.
Everyone is dedicated to reaching our production goals in a safe manner, while producing only high quality metal.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People under the management level are what makes the work place enjoyable.
The people are the most impirtant part
With other companies that I have worked for, meeting and meeting, we would have to hear how we missed our goals and that we needed to work harder. This was very depressing When you were giving 100 percent. Bonnell meetings talk about how we exceeded our goals and we are thanked for our efforts.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The person who interviewed me, cared about their employees and work. Role model type person. Sad that the person left but glad for them.
It was pretty self explanatory. And the people were helpful and friendly
I was given a tour of the plant and all of my questions were answered .

The interactions with people below management level
Interactions with my team and how we push through anything.
I like the fast pace and the feeling of accomplishment at the end of the day. We love to hear the supervisors come around and tell us we had a really good production day and thank us.
