Providing for family. Great company lots of potential.

Diversity. Equal amount of Male's and Females different nationalities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Above average for position. At least in the operations department.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Accessibility. It's a start up so not all policies and procedures are in place but if you have an issue the management is easily accessible.
