Mr. Paul Joseph Iacono has been Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Finance - AB Plastics at Compass Plastics & Technologies, Inc. since October 1996. Mr. Iacono serves as Chief Financial Officer of Delta Printing Solutions, Inc. He has been Vice President of Business Development at Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. since January 26, 2015. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. from 2009 to January 25, 2015 and Secretary from 2012 to January 26, 2015. From 2006 to 2009, he served as Chief Financial Officer Partner of Tatum LLC, where he provided Interim Chief Financial Officer services to companies in transition including Logistics Express, Big Train and Kate Somerville. Mr. Iacono also served as Manager of Business Operations of Ele Corporation, a custom plastic injection molder, from October 1991 to February 1993, and in variety of positions in accounting and operations including Controller and Materials Manager of IMC from 1980 to 1991. Mr. Iacono served as Director of Finance of Compounding Technology, Inc., a plastic compounding subsidiary of M.A. Hanna Company, from March 1993 to September 1996. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Iacono served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pinecreek Capital. Prior to 2000, he served various financial executive and director level positions primarily with plastics manufacturing businesses. Mr. Iacono holds Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton and an Executive Master's Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 1996. Mr. Iacono received a B.A. in accounting from California State University at Fullerton in 1984.
