What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are Very supportive when needed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employees have bad attitudes and the upper management is incompetent. More worried about his own business than the store. Theres no support if they want rid of you. Think they can show someone something one time and they should be fine. Lack of communication unless you make a pass at store manager.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The discount and insurance are very good
Annual Bonuses are fair and no fuss
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice if the sales associates were more valued and the team would have more of a bond
What are some of the best things about your team?
Employees are friendly but afraid to speak up.
They are customer focused and hard working
Most are helpful, respectful, hard-working, considerate and supportive. Training is nearly absent due to poor General management.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
we could have more events to make the team better. Have better communication & better management
Be more transparent with each other
Attitudes. They're all so busy either hiding in the back or trying to take credit for every little thing they likely didnt do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers are very nice
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone smiling in each others face and gossiping like teens behind eachothers backs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Speaking realistically about the retail industry.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process was great I thought I built great repour with the manager and district manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help other veterans with boots and clothes, along with creating great repour with clients to ensure they come back in the future. Ty had stated not to ask customers if they were veterans or first responders to only give the discount if they ask but I feel like some wont ask.
Being able to work with boots that create a lifestyle
