The pay is defitnely not worth the shifts. The environment isnt always the best, feels very draining and fake. Let alone the vibes... the location i work at is supper dusty

we could have more events to make the team better. Have better communication & better management

It would be nice if the sales associates were more valued and the team would have more of a bond
