Dont get too invested as a sales associate. Hard work pays off only in your consciousness. Little ability to move up and when you do its pennys on the dollar for more responsibilty.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Value labor more, its becoming the fast food of western with the way sales associates come and go. At least maintain the store, we have dust everywhere, 15 year old small vacuum. Buyers should be aware what stores have back stocking ability and stop over loading stores. This adds to the filth.
