The ESOP is (or at least was) healthy.
The ESOP plan is fantastic and has consistently outperformed the market

My team besides my boss are amazing. We would work together, joke, and all around take care of each other

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is inclusive and non-bias. Employee-owners consist of individuals from a diverse set of nationalities.
since we are 100% employee owned, there is a culture of ownership and accountability

The interview with my supervisor
The interviewers are genuine and fair. There aren't any trick questions.
I met with so many people and they really wanted to ensure that I was a cultural fit
They will build you up during your interview but turns into lies after hired

Lets see mangers that care about your issues and take the time to help you and not just judge and then find the smallest thing to get you fired

Borderstates needs to listen to the the employees below managers and finally take action against them for ther wrong doings or they will always have a major turn over with employees no one deserves to be treated in that manner
