They listen and they are then quick to action.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No direction! The Leadership doesn't know what to do or where to go. Each department has it's own agenda. Everything is a secret. CONFUSION
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very smart management team and great colleagues. I really enjoy working here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of promotion and advancement. Training and investing in people.

Company NEEDS a culture!! Right now the culture is "make money" No Direction. Care about employees.

Leadership is the problem. Lack of leadership. Any mistakes are held against you. Anything they can do to keep people from moving up.
