What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part about my conversation package he is the bonus every year

Affordable insurance is great and they are always looking for more ways to add benefits to everyone

Benefits are great and there are a lot of them.

Salary, bonus and 401K plans are awesome. Our Total Rewards is ranked Top 5 versus other major employers. We also have a pension plan.

Getting health and dental insurance

The 401k match is great and so are the benefits

Health insurance is the best

Medical and 401k match 11 percent

There is a (small) pension funded entirely by Bosch for each employee, in addition to the usual 401k arrangement. Bosch also matches 401k contributions at a slightly higher rate than similarly situated automotive suppliers.

Base salary is very good

Bonuses good base and retirement funds

75% company match on 401K up to 9% and now 5 weeks vacation.

Good health care coverage and life Insurance

Our 401k is the best I have seen

Base salary is low. Health insurance co-psy too high, no stock shares.

I was told one thing when I was hired, as my job description, but they keep adding more work , but they aren't adding more pay, not fair.

Getting paid for the jobs and knowledge I know and do.

The past year a great deal was ask and we stood up and gave. I feel appreciated for my efforts

Office Depot plays games with the potential to EARN any additional compensation. They change the rules after the fact to suit this greedy executive pockets. From the store managers down to the cashiers they are mostly underpaid and under appreciated by the corporate level employees and management.
