I like that they seem to want to do great at their job. But sometimes they get a little to serious.

They give days off without issues

They know how to handle at least my department and all the people in the team support each other.

They are active in keeping employees informed on developments within the company, state of the business, and plans for the future.

The leadership at Bosch is Awesome! They make you feel like apart of the team immediately...I Like That :)

Stop playing favorites and get some actual department heads that have manufacturing experience instead of bean counters and used car salesmen

The store level management can only support and motivate their associates with minimal backing from corporate. There is very little upper level corporate leadership trust from the retail level employees. They speak with great zeal and enthusiasm but that is as far As it goes. Totally two faced execu
