What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop playing favorites and get some actual department heads that have manufacturing experience instead of bean counters and used car salesmen

The store level management can only support and motivate their associates with minimal backing from corporate. The best part about my conversation package he is the bonus every year
Affordable insurance is great and they are always looking for more ways to add benefits to everyone

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need people that are mechanically inclined instead of newcomers. The machines I work on are precision machines and time and time again I keep running into issues that are caused by bad setup
Being here for each other rather than jelousy
The different departments blame each other for stuff, there is no cohesiveness or team oriented environment. It's sad
My co workers need to not feed into any negative press or negative attitudes because they feel like the company doesn’t appreciate anything they do. They need to focus and get the job done and take good care of the customers with a positive attitude. Even if it is just for personal integrity.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive environment at our company would be the employees up and come together when they have an issue with the company and try to help each other solve it and come up with some better solution dealing with this company.

The support - even if you mess up, they are there to fix it and help you so it doesn't happen again. There's no finger pointing but everyone takes responsibility whether it's good or bad.

The companynneeds to make things more clear on training day!! They also need to provide temp employees benefits and paid time off

There were a couple openings i wold be a fit for so both mangers were allowed to sit in the interview and explain the positions and in the end I was allowed to choose what fit for me

I meet 4-5 different employees from support to VP. All were easy to speak to and I felt very comfortable being me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better mangement asapp worst experience ever
Expectations are way to high with the limited payroll and reduced team and traffic flow. More and better advertising to increase traffic and better pricing on certain high turn items. Treat the store level employees as well as the corporate employees are treated. We are abused enough by the public.
