We need people that are mechanically inclined instead of newcomers. The machines I work on are precision machines and time and time again I keep running into issues that are caused by bad setup

Being here for each other rather than jelousy

The different departments blame each other for stuff, there is no cohesiveness or team oriented environment. It's sad

My co workers need to not feed into any negative press or negative attitudes because they feel like the company doesn’t appreciate anything they do. They need to focus and get the job done and take good care of the customers with a positive attitude. Even if it is just for personal integrity.

Better mangement asapp worst experience ever

Expectations are way to high with the limited payroll and reduced team and traffic flow. More and better advertising to increase traffic and better pricing on certain high turn items. Treat the store level employees as well as the corporate employees are treated. We are abused enough by the public.
