Incorporate the whole team when changed are coming to keep the moral of team work up. Recognition to the best employee or atleast the team as a whole
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better compensation, better listen to our considerations to make the work load easier to flow. Ask us for inpout when new doctors are on training

We work as a family as far as the back clinical side.
Just good people trying to do good things for others.
