What did you like most about the interview process?Interviewers got back to you right away with questions that you had. And the turnaround rate for the second interview it was quick.
What is the best part about your compensation package?My children go to school for free, minus books. It cost almost $100,000 a year. That's a pretty phenomenal benefit!
What do you like best about the leadership team?They believe in a participative management style, they like to hear what the employees are saying, to try to make the job more practical, offering lots of training.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Don't advertise jobs that are on hold. Make pay more transparent,
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Value all departments and staff. not just undergrad related programs and invest in hiring adequate staff levels. Pay increases to market comps would be just. Do not encourage workaholic environment or reward managers for pushing a culture of working during vacation and time off.
