The frim uses it ERG to give the imoression that they are inclusive, Black and Latinx, employees, are promoted and paid less thsn their white counteroarts. The firm is not transparent about compensation. The lack of mentorship and sponsirship for employees makes minority employees feel undervalued

I'm a contracted worker, so I don't get full-time benefits.
Pay increase, clear steps to get the next promotion, transparency about what's needed to get promoted, mentor program with someone who can really coach and help train and develop employees, recognition for hard work!
