Be organized, co-operate and have a excellent listening and written communication skill. Avoid being sceptical and take passion in their work diligently. Work together as a team, communicate directly with them them and buy them a snack/coffee for a job well done.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
MDPs need to take more responsibility on the well being of the team, they just overwork the team in doing useless, throw-away items and the team does not push back cause the MDPs think the team is replaceable

Focus is more about selling but not delivering quality to client. Much of what we deliver is "fluff". Lacks depth. It is more impress the CEO than the help the company. The client eventually turns to "implementors" for practical advise.

leaders need to walk the talk to protect the work-life balance of the team. They have to be protective of their team's interest and understand that we are in a people business.

- Work life balance is non existent and can be improved on - Non existent leadership skills. Line managers performance metrics is geared towards getting the job done instead of getting the job done while keeping the team motivated and satisfied
