What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Treating people like humans and not machines

Review from Consulting Dept

Being self aware and acknowledging and accepting the fact that they laid off people as a result of market conditions, instead of gaslighting their employees.

Review from BST Dept

Caring about employees as people

Review from Consulting Dept

Increased psychological safety within teams & respect for perspectives & contributions across levels of seniority

Review from Consulting Dept

Better compensation and better opportunities. We talk a lot about one BCG, many paths but very less of it is implemented Atleast , in BST.

Review from BST Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Could be better compensated honestly

Review from BST Dept

The compensation has to be in line with the other consulting firms which is not

Review from BST Dept

Associates are severly underpaid for the work we do

Review from Consulting Dept

Benchmarking with industry standards. Promotion to a higher level.

Review from BST Dept

More base pay for MSD level employees

Review from BST Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Treating people like humans. Way too transactional, and artificial

Review from Consulting Dept

Be honest and direct with your coworkers instead of complaining behind their back.

Review from BST Dept

more inclusive environment & less transactional interactions/ relationships Pro that people are very hard-working & effective at their jobs

Review from Consulting Dept

I think they could be more welcoming, it sometimes feels a bit cliquey

Review from Consulting Dept

Be organized, co-operate and have a excellent listening and written communication skill. Avoid being sceptical and take passion in their work diligently. Work together as a team, communicate directly with them them and buy them a snack/coffee for a job well done.

Review from BST Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

MDPs need to take more responsibility on the well being of the team, they just overwork the team in doing useless, throw-away items and the team does not push back cause the MDPs think the team is replaceable

Review from BCG Platinion Dept

Reduce work load and high frequented urgent activities, allow sufficient time to rest, promotion path is way to lengthy

Review from BCG Platinion Dept

stop pretending and embrace reality or really change to the core

Review from BST Dept

take more about the people

Review from Consulting Dept

Focus is more about selling but not delivering quality to client. Much of what we deliver is "fluff". Lacks depth. It is more impress the CEO than the help the company. The client eventually turns to "implementors" for practical advise.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

No mentorship, fake people, transactional culture

Review from Consulting Dept

An honest approach from management on work life balance and the root causes within senior culture at the firm

Review from Consulting Dept

leaders need to walk the talk to protect the work-life balance of the team. They have to be protective of their team's interest and understand that we are in a people business.

Review from BST Dept

- Work life balance is non existent and can be improved on - Non existent leadership skills. Line managers performance metrics is geared towards getting the job done instead of getting the job done while keeping the team motivated and satisfied

Review from Consulting Dept

Work could be repetitive and mundane at times

Review from BST Dept
