What do you like best about the leadership team?
Vision, focus, dedication and fun
Their open door policy makes you feel values and supported.
For the most part our leadership team is very accessible. I am able to schedule meetings with them and they seem to genuinely want to help
They are real and approachable.
There is great structure that keeps me on track without feel micromanaged. There is a lot of trust at Boundless.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
paid healthcare and vacation and work from home
I like that Boundless pays for my medical plan. I do wish the deductible on that plan was lower
Fair base salary and opportunities for commissions based on sales performance.
The pay and time off are both above average which I appreciate.

I don't feel under valued....just still too new to get a raie yet.
What are some of the best things about your team?
very friendly , highly productive and open minded
We have a great corporate culture through out the entire company. Core values are strong as well. Really a great place to work!
Our team is very structured and goal oriented, but also very friendly and fun. We all work well together and have open communication with each other.
Anyone on the team can speak openly about any concerns they have, and share any ideas they feel will contribute to the success of the project. It is an atmosphere of creative collaboration, not hierarchical posturing. We all believe in and live the core values.
We area all hard workers who get our work done and help each other out whenever someone needs it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The no micro managing. We are adults and are treated that way.
People seem to genuinely care about each other
The core values are something I truly embrace, and live, and see my co-workers doing the same: Embrace the Fun, Do the Right Thing, Find a Better Way, Go Above and Beyond, Contribucate. They aren't overblown or idealistic, but real and livable. They provide guidance in customer and peer interaction.
The office does not feel corporate and there is always light conversation and laughing happening. It's a comfortable enviornment.

My job allows for creativity and I feel like I have a lot of growth opportunities
Doing creative engaging work, and doing it well. Knowing we are meeting the needs of our customers in unique ways. The fact that at the end of it all, we are delivering Brand Love - providing the products that make folks smile and feel valued to receive.
I love keeping things organized and getting my work done right.

I love coming in and seeing my coworkers! We constantly have puppies in the office, or a potluck happening, or a happy hour event scheduled that gets me excited to see everyone.
