Ms. Lesley Young has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Commercial & Online Sales Operations at Box, Inc. since July 13, 2016. Ms. Young served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Sales at Box Inc. Ms. Young has wealth of experience in building and driving high-velocity sales strategies at fast-growing software companies. She served as Vice President of Inside Sales at Box, Inc. Prior to joining Box, she held the position of Vice President Sales at Huddle. Before that, she served as Vice President of Corporate Sales at MySQL, acquired by Sun in 2008 which was then acquired by Oracle in 2009. She was a member of both the Oracle and Sun acquisition teams. Ms. Young served as Vice President of Western Sales Operations at TeaLeaf Technology, Inc. Ms. Young joined TeaLeaf Technology with fifteen years experience in direct software sales and software sales management experience at high growth software companies. Ms. Young joined TeaLeaf Technology from Informatica Corporation, the leading supplier of Data Integration Solutions, where she held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Sales and Mid Size Enterprise Sales. As part of the Pre and Post IPO management team that grew Informatica's Data Integration and Warehousing revenues to over $200 million worldwide, Ms. Young held Worldwide responsibility for Informatica's Lead Development, Midsize Enterprise Direct and Channel Sales, Inside Sales, Maintenance Renewal Sales, and Sales Operations. In addition, Ms. Young was the Executive Sponsor for Informatica's Customer Portal and SFA initiatives. Prior to joining Informatica, Ms. Young held Strategic Account Management, Inside Sales Management, Sales Training, and Direct Sales positions at Remedy Corporation, a provider of Enterprise Service Management software. At Remedy, Ms. Young was part of the management and direct sales team that grew Remedy from a private firm providing Help Desk solutions to a Public company with over $450 million in revenues worldwide. Ms. Young's early sales career includes a stint with Quintus Corporation, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, where she held the position of district sales manager. She has been a Director of GoFormz, Inc. since May 2015. Before starting her career in sales, Ms. Young attended college at UCLA.
