- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I'd get along better with my team if they weren't gossiping nitpicking and just overall having a nasty tone in their voice whenever they speak to you or anyone else on the team including residents. I would work better under a different regional and under a different leasing manager. We feel attacked
